Kangana Ranaut’s Petition rejected in Mumbai Civil Court

Mumbai, 24/12 (AO Bureau): The Mumbai court has dismissed the petition of actress Kangana Ranaut’s house in Khar (Khar) protecting it from destruction. At the same time, the court has given 6 weeks to Kangana to challenge this decision in the High Court. It is worthwhile to mention that in the year 2018, Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation gave notice to the actress to break the unauthorized construction in her apartment in Khar. At the moment there are reports that Kangana has decided to go to the High Court against this decision.

Kangana challenged the notice received by the BMC in Dindoshi Civil Court in January 2019. She appealed to the court to stay the order to break up the apartment. After hearing both sides, Judge Chavan has dismissed Kangana’s plea. It is worth noting that Kangana has been continuously making media headlines for some time due to her statements.

On September 9, BMC broke some parts of Kangana’s bungalow on Pali Hill, saying it was unauthorized.
