The incident took place on Friday in the Muktanand Park Santa Cruz West area. At present, the police have registered a case of murder on 6 accused after the FIR of the deceased’s brother.

People living near the site of the incident say that Shahzad Khan came for the purpose of mobile theft. Some people caught him and started beating him. Shahzad’s brother has denied all these allegations, saying that his brother did not go for the purpose of theft.

The brother of the deceased told Aaj Tak that ‘My brother used to take drugs, he often used to go to Muktanand Park with his friends to get drugs, he left home at 4 in the morning. Someone told my mother that my brother is lying on the road. He told us, after that we immediately reached the spot and took his brother to the hospital, but he could not escape. ”

At the instance of the deceased’s brother, the police have registered a case under sections 302, 342 and 34 of the IPC. This case has been registered at Santacruz Police Station. Mumbai Police has started investigating this entire matter.
