The bank has said that use social media carefully and do not get caught in any kind of fake messages. Due to the increasing cybercrime every day, the entire earning from your account may disappear, so all customers be alert. The bank has said that fraudsters are sending fake or misleading messages on social media, currently no such messages are being sent to customers by the bank.

Stay alert on social media
SBI has cautioned customers in the tweet. SBI said, customers are requested to be cautious on social media and do not get into any misleading and fake messages. The bank said that if you did not take care of it, then your bank account can be empty.
SBI customers can check balance in this way, you have to make a missed call on the toll-free number ‘9223766666’ from your registered mobile number. To know the balance from SMS, send ‘BAL’ SMS on 09223766666. After this, you will get the information about the balance through the message. Keep in mind, your mobile number should be registered with the bank for this facility.

Do not give information about personal details to anyone
Apart from this, the bank said that do not share your personal details with anyone. By doing this, the amount deposited in the customer’s account can fly. The bank said that you should never share your ATM PIN, card number, account number, and OTP with anyone.
