BMC lodged a complaint against Sonu Sood

Mumbai, 7/1 (AO Bureau )In Mumbai’s Juhu police station, BMC has lodged a complaint against actor Sonu Sood. The BMC alleged that Sonu Sood allegedly converted the 6-floor residential building into a hotel without permission. A complaint has been filed regarding this matter.

BMC has requested the police to file a case against Sonu. BMC has said that the police should file a case against Sonu Sood under the MRTP (Maharashtra Region and Town Planning) Act.

Even before this, BMC had issued a notice to Sonu Sood regarding illegal construction. According to officials, Sonu Sood had also reached the civil court against this notice but he did not get any relief from there.

However, Sonu Sood has denied these allegations. Talking to the English newspaper Times of India on this, the actor said, “Approval was taken from BMC for whatever changes have taken place. This approval was to be from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority. Due to Kovid-19, this approval could not be found. There has not been any irregularity from our side. I have always followed the law. The hotel became home to Corona Warriors at the time of Kovid-19. If permission is not given, I will make it again as a residence. I will appeal against the BMC in the Bombay High Court. ”
