Priyanka Gandhi met Congress MPs protesting against Farm laws

On Friday, General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra met the Congress MPs who were performing at Jantar Mantar. These MPs along with farmers are protesting against the new farm laws of the government. It is special that on Thursday, Congress President Sonia Gandhi also surrounded the government on many issues.

According to news agency ANI, a meeting between Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Congress MPs was held at Rahul Gandhi’s residence. These farmers have been protesting for 32 days. At the same time, Rahul Gandhi is also fiercely targeting the government. On Thursday, he accused the Bharatiya Janata Party government of cheating the farmers. He said, ‘Modi government has betrayed the Annadata of the country for the benefit of his bourgeois friends. Through the movement, the farmers have spoken. It is the duty of all of us to raise our voices and support their demands.

Apart from this, on Thursday, party president Sonia Gandhi also questioned the government fiercely. Gandhi had surrounded the BJP government on many issues including the rising prices of petrol-diesel, gas cylinders. During this time Gandhi also mentioned the peasant movement.
