Cuttack, 13/1(AO Bureau): In a sad development, Padma Shri D Prakash Rao breathed his last while undergoing treatment at SCB Covid hospital in Cuttack. He was admitted to SCB after being infected with Coronavirus 20 days ago.
He was a renowned social activist. According to family sources, he died because of a brain stroke. He was shifted to the ICU of the hospital after his condition deteriorated.
