UP Police gets clean chit in Vikas Dubey encounter case

UP, 20/1 (AO Bureau) : Gangster Vikas Dubey and 4 of his associates were killed by police in the judicial and magistrate investigation on the man accused of killing 8 policemen in the Bikru Shootout in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. is. In the case of four miscreants killed in three encounters, the police have got a clean chit in the investigation done on the orders of DM. With this, all the controversies arising from the encounter have come to an end.
The investigation report of three encounters has been submitted to the District Magistrate, which has been sent to the Commission constituted on the orders of the Supreme Court. The police team, which went on the night of July 2, was attacked by Vikas Dubey and his associates. 8 policemen including were killed in the firing carried out by Vikas and his men. After this, on the morning of July 3, the police were combing in the village and surrounding areas, when the police had an encounter with two miscreants in Kashipur Nawada village. In which Vikas’s companions Prem Prakash Pandey and Atul Dubey were killed. The investigation of this encounter was handed over to the ADM (landowner). It was clear that Prem Prakash and Atul had opened fire on the policemen near the temple outside the Kashiram Nawada village. After this, the police opened fire in self-defense and both were killed.
