Bhubaneswar, 27/1 (AO Bureau): In a major development, the tainted Father-Son duo of IFS Officer Abhay Kant Pathak and his son Akash Pathak got bail by the Special Vigilance Court, Bhubaneswar in the fraud and corruption case.
They were able to get bail as the police investigating the case defaulted in submitting failed to submit a charge sheet against the accused in 60 days.
They were arrested on November 27 in a graft case.
