Bombay High Court refuses to quash case against Sushant Singh Rajput’s Sister

Mumbai, 15/2 (AO bureau): One of Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister has received a setback from the Bombay High Court on Monday during the hearing of a case involving the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant’s sisters Mitu and Priyanka had filed a petition in the High Court to dismiss the FIR lodged by actress Rhea Chakraborty. Hearing this, the High Court has given a decision to quash the petition filed against Mitu. While the FIR registered against sister Priyanka has refused to be dismissed.

Actress Riya Chakraborty, who was the girlfriend of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, lodged an FIR last year against both Sushant’s sisters Mitu Singh and Priyanka Singh. In this, she alleged that the sisters had met a doctor in Delhi and made a fake prescription of medicine without knowing about Sushant’s mental health. Please tell that the body of Sushant Singh Rajput was found in his apartment in Mumbai on June 14, 2020.
