Coronavirus cases increasing in India

New Delhi, 22/2 (AO Bureau): Coronavirus in India has again gained momentum in the country. New patients (COVID-19 in Maharashtra) have been found in 34 districts of Maharashtra. Apart from this, 16 districts of Karnataka, 4 each of Haryana, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Bihar, and two districts of Kerala are included. According to the Health Ministry, a total of 14 thousand 199 new patients of Corona were found in the last 24 hours in the country. Half of these, more than 7 thousand patients have been found in Maharashtra alone. In 24 hours, 9 thousand 695 patients were recovered and 83 people lost their lives. According to the ministry, 1 crore 10 lakh 5 thousand 850 have been infected by Corona so far in the country.

So far, 1 lakh 56 thousand 385 people have lost their lives from Corona. At the same time, 1 crore 6 lakh 99 thousand 410 people have already defeated this virus. Currently there are 1 lakh 50 thousand 55 active patients.

The fast-growing cases of corona in Maharashtra have raised the concern of the Uddhav Thackeray government. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has announced a ban on all the political and religious programs in the state from Monday. According to him, if the situation does not prevail, then lockdown can be imposed in the state.
