Bhubaneswar, 22/2 (AO Bureau): Police have had great success in high-profile gang-rape cases after 22years. Police have arrested Biban alias Vivekananda Bishwal, the main accused in the rape case. The massacre took place on January 7 in the Baranga police station area. Two accused, Pradeep Sahu and Dhirendra Mohanty, were arrested in the case. Both the accused were sentenced to life imprisonment by the then Bhubaneswar district judge. However, Biban alias Vivekananda escaped arrest. Biban lived in Pune, changing his name and identity. He worked in the fake name as Jalandhar Swain as a waterpipe mechanic.
