New Delhi, 2/3: 54 boys have been found corona positive in a school hostel in the Karnal district of Haryana, adjacent to the national capital Delhi. The medical team has reached the school as soon as information is received. The hostel has been made a containment zone by the health authorities. This information has been given by Yogesh Kumar Sharma, Civil Surgeon of Karnal.
According to a report published on ADTV, this hostel belongs to Sainik School. There has been a stir in the administration after receiving such a large number of Corona cases. According to the report, the Chief Medical Officer of the district has said that three boys of the hostel were found Corona positive on Monday. After this, 390 students were screened based on contact tracing. Out of these, 54 students have turned out to be Corona positive.
Corona cases are increasing again in Haryana
Earlier on Sunday, there was news that Corona cases are rising once again in five districts of Haryana. On Monday, 174 cases of the corona were reported in the state. However, the positivity rate has come down. Significantly, at this time some states of the country are once again increasing the Corona case. Maharashtra and Kerala are the top among them. Cases have also increased in Punjab.
Meanwhile, the second phase of corona vaccination has also been started in the country from March 1. The government will now get a vaccination of all people above 60 years of age. Those people above 45 years of age can also get vaccinations in which any disease is already present. Two vaccines are being used for the vaccination program. One of them is the Covishield of Serum Institute of India and the other is the Covaccin developed by Bharat Biotech-ICMR.
