Tej Pratap Yadav’s assembly membership challenged in High Court

Patna , 5/3 (AO Bureau):Tej Pratap Yadav, the elder son of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, was challenged in the High Court for the victory from the Hasanpur Assembly in the last election. Today, the court has issued a notice while hearing that petition. The JDU candidate contesting from Hasanpur’s seat against Tej Pratap Yadav challenged his election in court.

The Patna High Court has issued a notice while hearing a petition challenging the election of former Health Minister and RJD MLA Tej Pratap Yadav. Justice Virendra Kumar heard the election petition filed on behalf of Vijay Kumar Yadav. The petitioner has accused the RJD MLA in the election petition that he has not given the complete details of his property accurately with the nomination papers. The High Court has issued notice to all the defendants including Tej Pratap Yadav while sanctioning the hearing of the election petition. April 8 has been fixed for the next hearing on this matter.

JDU MLA also gets notice
Patna High Court heard the petition challenging the election of MLA Narendra Kumar Neeraj alias Gopal Mandal. Justice Virendra Kumar issued a notice while hearing the case. This election petition has been filed on behalf of Vipin Kumar alias Vipin Mandal. It has been said in the election petition that the Election Officer hurriedly rejected his nomination letter. The court has also issued notice to the JDU MLA while approving this election petition for hearing. The next hearing on this matter will be held on 8 April.
