Coronavirus vaccination for retired army people to start soon

New Delhi, 6/3 (AO Bureau) : The Union Health Ministry has approved vaccination of dependents of Veterans and Armed Forces personnel in service hospitals. The process is likely to begin next week on the CO-WIN platform after the completion of the registration of the Armed Forces medical facilities. This information was given by the army. Let us tell you that the first phase of Coronavirus vaccination in the country started on January 16, in which vaccination of health workers and first-line employees of the country was started. At the same time, its second phase has started on 1 March. In this, people above 60 years of age and those suffering from serious diseases above 45 years of age are being vaccinated.

Explain that under the nationwide immunization campaign, on March 5, about 15 lakh people were given the vaccine of Kovid-19, which is the highest number of vaccines in a day so far. With this, more than 1.94 crore people have been vaccinated by the Coronavirus so far across the country. The nationwide Kovid-19 vaccination campaign started from January 16, in which the process of vaccinating health workers started. Vaccination of personnel deployed on the advance front started from February 2.
