Supreme Court Started hearing on Maratha Reservation Case

New Delhi, 8/3 (Ao Bureau): The Supreme Court has started hearing on the petitions filed on Maharashtra’s 2018 law related to reservation for the Maratha community in education and jobs.

During this time, the Supreme Court has said that it is necessary to hear all the states on the matter of reservation. In such a situation, the Supreme Court has issued a notice to all the state governments and asked whether the reservation limit can be increased by more than 50 percent? This hearing on Maratha’s reservation has been postponed to 15 March.
