New Delhi, 17/3 (Ao Bureau): The body of BJP MP Ram Swaroop Sharma has been found. It suspected that he committed suicide. His hanging body has been recovered from the Delhi Gomti apartment. The cause of his death is unknown.
Police officials said that Mr Sharma’s personal assistant alerted the police control room around 7.45 am after the parliamentarian did not respond to knocks on his door.
However, the BJP’s all-party parliamentary meeting was canceled after the MP’s death. Mr. Sharma was elected on a BJP ticket from the Mandi constituency in Himachal Pradesh. Police are investigating.
