Parliamentary committee suggests 4 bench of Supreme Court should be constituted in all over India

New Delhi, 17/3 (AO Bureau):  The Parliamentary Standing Committee, ie Parliamentary Standing Committee, has submitted its 107th report to the Parliament. Some important recommendations have been made in this. In this report prepared by the committee, three important suggestions have been made regarding some reforms and improvements in the judiciary (Indian Justice System) present in the country.

Apart from this, the committee has also recommended that the Supreme Court should not be concentrated in Delhi alone. In addition to Delhi, its benches should also be established in cities like Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. The committee has said that due to being concentrated in Delhi, poor people from remote areas are not able to come to the Supreme Court.

The report says that there should be social and economic diversity in the judiciary. This means that there should be judges of every religion, caste and every economic class in the court. Judges coming from different backgrounds understand the feelings and problems of common people better
