Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik reviews Coronavirus situation

Bhubaneswar, 23/3 (AO Bureau)The corona epidemic is on the rise again. Meanwhile, the administration has imposed a night curfew in Malkangiri, which will take effect today.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today reviewed the state of the state. The Chief Minister reviewed the situation through video conferencing. The Chief Minister has held talks with all the district magistrates and SPs. It was attended by Chief Secretary Suresh Mohapatra, SRC Pradeep Mohapatra, Health Department ACS.

However, after the review, the emphasis is on increasing the number of RT-PCR  tests in the state. Thus the number of employees required at the district level will increase. Emphasis will be placed on contact tracking for all coronary heart disease patients. A mini-maintenance zone will be set up if infections are reported in certain areas. People from the most affected states will be monitored. They will be tested according to the guidelines. The police will pay special attention to whether or not the Covid law is being followed. The government will have to pay close attention to markets, religious institutions, and weddings.

On the other hand, after the Chief Minister’s review, the Covid rule at the district level will be tightened. No decision was made at the meeting on the night curfew. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has been advised by the health department. It is proposed that 200 people be included in the outing instead of 500.
