Jana Small Finance Bank plans to bring IPO worth Rs 2000 crore

New Delhi, 1/4 (AO Bureau): Jana Small Finance Bank is planning to fill its bag with Initial Public Offer. Through the IPO, the company is also going to give investors a chance to make big bucks. Actually, the company has plans to bring an IPO of 2 thousand crore rupees. This bank is among the 10 small finance banks that got the license of Small Finance Bank (SFB) in the year 2015.

For this IPO, the bank has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator SEBI on Thursday. Let us know that DRHP is a kind of offer document. All relevant figures of the company are actually in the DRHP or draft red herring prospectus.
