Mumbai, 9/4 (AO Bureau):Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi on Thursday strongly targeted the Congress and the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). He said that governance in Maharashtra is at zero levels, hence the corona is spreading the most.
