Bhubaneswar, 11/4 (AO Bureau): In a major development, one most wanted cheater Vishal Rajkumar Nilenge of Bengaluru was apprehended and handed over to Sambalpur police by a special Squad. He was most wanted in three Districts such as Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, and Puri. He is an MBA student. He mostly targets Jwelery shops where he initially introduced himself as an Income Tax Officer and buy gold jewelry. During the time of payment he will insist on online payment and will show them a forged message of money debit. He mostly stays in five-star hotel and was using flight to commute. He was arrested from a five-star hotel of Bhubaneswar and handed over to Sambalpuri police.
