Vaccination stopped in Mumbai after vaccine shortage

According to the news agency PTI, Additional Commissioner of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation Suresh Kakani said, “On Wednesday night we were told that we will get around 75 thousand doses of the vaccine. With such a short supply, the BMC opened only a few vaccination centers while other centers were closed. ”According to the Maharashtra Health Department, only 26,610 people were vaccinated in the financial capital of the country on Wednesday.
