Russia approved another vaccine named Sputnik-light

Moscow, 6/5: Russia has approved a new version of the anti-Covid vaccine, Sputnik V. The vaccine, called Sputnik Light, is said to be effective up to 90 percent. The vaccine is said to be able to protect only one dose from Dos Covid-18. Russia’s Direct Investment Fund (RDF) said in a statement that a single-dose “Sputnik Light” is more effective than a two-dose “Sputnik V” vaccine. “Sputnik V” is 71.6 percent effective in two doses, while “Sputnik Light” is 7.6 percent effective.
The results show that the vaccine was administered in Russia from December 5, 2020 to April 15, 2021, and was received 28 days later.
