UP, 26/5 (AO Bureau)SP MP Azam Khan has again been shifted to the ICU. Medanta is undergoing treatment in the hospital. Treatment continues under the supervision of the critical care team. Azam was admitted when Kovid came positive. His son Abdullah Azam is also admitted in Medanta. Azam Khan (MP) from Rampur in Uttar Pradesh and the Samajwadi Party’s strongman leader was found corona positive in Sitapur Jail on 1 May. 13 detainees in the jail along with Azam Khan were found to be Corona positive. On May 9, the jail administration was admitted to Medanta Hospital in Lucknow, due to deteriorating health in the jail. Due to his critical condition, he was shifted to ICU.
There was an improvement in his health in the middle. He was also shifted from ICU to normal ward. On 25 May, his condition has become critical once again due to lung infection.
Azam has more than 80 cases filed against him, while Abdullah has more than 40 cases registered against him. According to the information, he has got bail in most of the cases, now bail is yet to be granted in some cases.
