New Delhi, 31/5 (Ao Bureau)The Delhi High Court has given its verdict on Monday while hearing the petition that has stopped the Central Vista project. The Delhi High Court gave great relief to the Central Government and said that the work on the project would continue and the stay petition was dismissed. The High Court said that this is a very important project related to national importance. It cannot be seen separately.
Not only this, the High Court has also imposed a penalty of one lakh on the petitioner who filed a petition seeking a stay on the Central Vista project. The petitioner sought to stop the Corona epidemic on the basis of the petition. The bench of High Court Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh has given this ruling while dismissing the petition. The central government had given this in the High Court.
