Mumbai, 12/6 (Ao Bureau);Actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra has filed an anticipatory bail application in the sessions court on Friday, June 11. Maharashtra Cyber Cell is probing online platforms on which obscenity is used in web series.
The cyber police had registered a case in this case last year under sections 292 of IPC, sections 67, 67A of Information Technology and Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Rules 3 and 4. Maharashtra Cyber had arrested several people last year, some of whom were found to have links with Kundra.
