Akhilesh Yadav to lead SP in UP Election

UP, 17/9(Ao Bureau): UP Election 2022: A Samajwadi Party leader said that Akhilesh can start the campaign from August and intensify it gradually. He said that Akhilesh will take two months to cover the entire state and the party does not want to rush.

Lucknow. Assembly elections are to be held in Uttar Pradesh in 2022. The Samajwadi Party, which once ruled the state, is once again pushing for it. Party chief Akhilesh Yadav is also spending most of his time in the party office. Constantly holding meetings with party leaders and potential candidates. The 2022 election can be called the biggest political battle of Yadav’s life. If the current situation is seen, then many things are coming out in favor of Yadav as compared to the 2017 election. During this, News18 discussed with many SP leaders including MLA and Akhilesh’s close friends.

Five important things related to elections which are important for SP

First, unity seems to be coming back in the party. Chacha Shivpal Yadav is not trying to harm the party like in 2017. Second, the Bahujan Samaj Party is grappling with internal troubles. During this, SP is considering giving a signal to Muslims that BSP is not in a position to defeat BJP. Third, says a leader of Akhilesh’s camp, “BJP’s Thakurwad politics in UP as well as the ongoing anger over handling of the covid-19 situation” is thinking of using it.

Fourth, Akhilesh promoted the development model in 2017 with the slogan ‘Kaam Bolta Hai’, but now he will focus on the fact that CM Yogi Adityanath could not deliver any major development project. Fifth, Akhilesh has decided to come together with smaller parties to work on his own strength rather than an alliance, and to align the caste equations. The party feels that the important voters of BSP, who voted for SP in 2019, can come again with SP in 2022.
