COVID-19 in India: Don’t be lax about Corona – Center gave 5 advice to unlocking states

New Delhi, 19/6 (AO Bureau):The process of unlocking is going on in many states of the country. Meanwhile, Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla has written a letter to the states instructing them to strictly follow the Kovid-related behavior and Test-Track-Treat strategy. At the same time, he has asked the officials to closely monitor the situation. During this, he also advised the state governments to increase the speed of vaccination (Covid-19 Vaccination). Due to the increase in new cases of infection after March, many states had decided to impose partial and complete lockdown.
The Union Home Secretary said in a letter to the Principal Secretaries of all the states, ‘It is necessary to resume activities after the decline in cases. In such a situation, the states and union territories should ensure that the entire process is being implemented carefully. He has said that the decision to impose and remove the restrictions will be taken after assessing the ground situation.
Emphasis on five strategies
In the letter, Secretary Bhalla has emphasized on five strategies for prevention of Kovid. This includes covid behaviour, test-track-treat and vaccination. He has said that after the relaxation of restrictions in some states, the gathering of people has started. In such a situation, it is necessary to ensure that there is no laxity during the reopening process.
