Before PM Modi’s meeting, Mehbooba Mufti said – Government should talk to Pakistan too

J&K, 22/6(Ao Bureau)Just before the all-party meeting with the political parties of Jammu and Kashmir on June 24 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti once Showed sympathy with Pakistan. He has said that the central government should talk to Pakistan on the issue of Kashmir. Taking a jibe at the central government, Mehbooba Mufti said that the right which was given to us in the constitution, has been taken away from us. Apart from this, there is an issue in Jammu and Kashmir, which needs to be resolved peacefully.

Mehbooba Mufti said, ‘The way the central government wants to talk to us on the Kashmir issue, in the same way we should talk to all the parties of Jammu and Kashmir. The government should also talk to Pakistan on this issue. Let us tell you that on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir, the central government has always had one stand that it will not hold any talks with Pakistan and Pakistan-backed Hurriyat leaders on this issue. Now when once again a meeting has been called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the internal issue of Jammu and Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti has created a new controversy by giving this statement.
