Chandigarh,24/7: The ongoing internal battle in Punjab Congress does not seem to end. Former state president Sunil Jakhar has now objected to the appointment of Navjot Singh Sidhu. He said that the party has forgotten him. During this, he has also raised questions on Sidhu’s abilities in gestures. At the same time, he also praised the Chief Minister of the state, Captain Amarinder Singh, for the farmers’ movements against the new agricultural laws.
According to news agency ANI, Jakhar has openly questioned the party high command. He has said that the person who was trying to bring reconciliation between Captain and Sidhu was forgotten by the Congress party. He further said, ‘It has become a custom in the Congress that if someone becomes sad, people go to his house to persuade him, but in whose hands did you give the keys today? Today you have forgotten Sunil Jakhar.
