Darlipali, 26/1: NTPC Darlipali celebrated the 73rd Republic Day with patriotic enthusiasm at Darlipali station. Shri Abhay Kumar Samaiyar, CGM (Darlipali) unfurled the National Flag and inspected the parade.
Addressing the attendees joined through physical and virtual mode, Shri Samaiyar spoke about the enormous contribution of constitution framers and also highlighted regarding various achievements and awards bagged by NTPC Darlipali.
Shri Samaiyar congratulated and appreciated the hard work and dedication of Medical team of Darlipali, employees and associates for the continuous development of NTPC Darlipali. The community development initiatives being undertaken by the station is really praiseworthy and should always aim for uplifting nearby villages & contributing through a positive change, he added.
Marking the auspicious occasion, Shri Samaiyar along with GMs, President and Members of (Abhilasha Ladies Club) felicitated the Covid warriors for their selfless service and also awarded NTPC UTKARSH Merit Scholarship to students of class X from nearby schools for their academic excellence. 30 Employees from different departments received Meritorious Awards for their outstanding performance in their respective fields.
Adhering to Covid appropriate measures, the celebration was attended by awardees, senior officials of NTPC Darlipali and other employees & family members joined through virtual meet.
