Bhagwant Mann announces 25,000 government jobs for youth

Chandigarh, 19/3: After a unilateral victory in the Punjab Assembly elections, the government has been formed in the state. On Saturday, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann held the first cabinet meeting. In this meeting, ten new faces who took oath today were included as cabinet ministers. Earlier, on March 16, three days ago, Bhagwant Mann took oath as the Chief Minister in the village of Bhagat Singh. In his first cabinet meeting, Bhagwant Mann has made a big announcement for the public.

 

10 thousand police department posts

 

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is seen in action since taking oath. Now in the first cabinet meeting with the new ministers, he has made a big announcement of 25 thousand government jobs within a month. In the meeting held under the leadership of Bhagwant Mann, instructions have been given to fill up 25 thousand posts immediately. In this, 10 thousand posts will be of police department while 15 thousand posts will be of other government departments. The posts of Board and Corporation Department will also be filled in these recruitments. It is being told that the new government of the state will present its first budget in the month of June.

 

Earlier on Saturday morning, ten Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs, including a woman, were included in the cabinet led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Governor Banwarilal Purohit administered the oath of office and secrecy to the ministers at Punjab Bhawan here. Of these 10 ministers, eight have become MLAs for the first time. All of them took oath in Punjabi language.
