New Delhi, 19/3: Union Home Minister Amit Shah attended the 83rd Raising Day Parade of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Jammu today. During this, he addressed the soldiers at Maulana Azad Stadium in Sri Nagar and praised them. Let us tell you that this is the first time when the Raising Day celebrations of CRPF have been organized from the capital Delhi. The Home Minister said that there will be no need for force in Jammu and Kashmir and Northeast in the next few years.
Addressing the Central Reserve Police Force personnel after the parade, the Union Minister said that I convey my best wishes to the CRPF jawans and their families. Also, I pay tribute to those who gave their lives while performing their duty. He said that with the determination with which CRPF is working in Kashmir, Naxal areas and Northeast, it appears that in the next few years we will no longer need CRPF in all three areas. Amit Shah said that if this happens then all the credit goes to CRPF.
