According to reports, Sanjay Kumar Singh who currently posted as Principal secretary of I&PR department with additional charge of Vice Chairman , Bhubaneswar Development authority and MD of Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd has been appointed as Principal Secretary of Rural Development department
