SUBARNAPUR –,,- A tragic incident took place in a road accident near National Highway No. 57 Kalapathar Chhak in Subarnapur district. A woman died while her husband was undergoing treatment at the district hospital in a critical condition. The bus hit the bike while coming from Khujenpali village of Balangir to Sonepur for Lord Shiva darshan early in the morning. In which the wife is dead and the husband is seriously injured. At the time of death, Pushpanjali Bagh of Khujenpali, both the husband and wife were coming from their village to the Shiva temple near Sonepur on a bike for Shiva darshan. Both the husband and wife were rescued by the Fire Bigred forces and brought to Subarnapur district head quarter hospital, where the doctor declared Puspanjali dead, and the husband was admitted there and the treatment is ongoing. Due to the frequent occurrence of such incidents on Highway No. 57, speeding is the main reason for this.
