Ex-Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren moves SC over HC not pronouncing verdict on his plea challenging ED’s arrest

Ranchi, 24/4: Former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren on Wednesday moved the Supreme Court saying the High Court is not pronouncing a verdict on his plea challenging the arrest by the Enforcement Directorate, PTI reported.

Soren told the top court that the HC had reserved its verdict on February 28 on his plea against the arrest but no decision has been delivered. Soren, 48, was arrested by the ED in January shortly after he resigned as the chief minister.
