Prof. Shyam Sundar Pattnaik appointed as the new Vice-Chancellor of Odisha State Open University, Sambalpur

Bhubaneswar : Hon’ble Governor and Chancellor Shri Raghubar Das appointed Prof.
Shyam Sundar Pattnaik as the new Vice-Chancellor of Odisha State
Open University, Sambalpur. In exercise of the power conferred by Subsection
(1) read with Sub-Section (5) of Section 10 of Odisha State
Open University Act 2014 (Odisha Act 5 of 2016) Hon’ble Chancellor
Prof Pattnaik for a period of three years with effect from the date he
assumes office as such or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Prof.
Pattnaik is presently serving as Professor & Head, lVledia Engineering
Department, National lnstitute of Technical Teachers’ Training and
Research (NITTR), Chandigarh.
