Bhubaneswar, 21/12: In a shocking development, Rourkela activist Muktikanta Biswal who covered 490KM by foot to meet CM Naveen Patnaik , climbs atop of advertisement hoardings at Sishu Bhawan square.He also threatened to end his life if CM refused to meet him .Police and other 5 people were convincing him to climb down.
