New Delhi , 31/12 (AO Bureau) :With the knock of a new year, a lot of preparations have started in the country regarding the corona vaccine. The Government of India has decided that from January 2, a dry run of Corona vaccine will be done in every state of the country. The Health Ministry took this decision in a meeting on Thursday.
Till now such a dry run was done in 4 states of the country. Which was done in Punjab, Assam, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh. In the four states, there were good results regarding the dry run, after which the government has now decided to implement this dry run in the entire country.
What happens in a dry run?
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, states will have to mark their two cities in the dry run. In these two cities, the entire process of reaching the vaccine city, going to the hospital, calling people, then giving doses will be followed as if the vaccination is taking place.
Also, the COWIN mobile app that the government has made regarding the Corona vaccine will also be tried. SMS will be sent to those who are required to be vaccinated during the dry run. After that, from officers to health workers will work on vaccination.
It mainly examines the preparation, distribution, and vaccination of the vaccine. Which are being done in large government hospitals or elsewhere in the city.
