PM Modi held meetings with Chief Ministers ahead of Coronavirus vaccination

New Delhi, 11/1 (AO Bureau) : In India, the vaccination of Corona Vaccine is going to start from January 16. For this, preparations are going on in full swing in all the states. Before vaccination, Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Monday) held a meeting with the Chief Ministers of all the states on Monday about these preparations. PM Modi told the Chief Ministers that the vaccine would be given first to Corona Warriors. PM Modi said that we have reached the decisive phase of the fight against Corona. We are going to start the world’s largest vaccination program.

PM Modi said that the two vaccines that India has approved are both manufactured in India. Along with this, based on the situation like India, it is a matter of great relief that these vaccines have been approved earlier. PM Modi said that apart from the two vaccines which have been approved, four vaccines are also in the pipeline. This will help us prepare better for the future. PM Modi said that our experts are taking all precautions to give the right vaccine to the countrymen.

PM Modi said that we have completed a dry run in almost all the districts of the country, which is a big achievement. The Prime Minister said that we will have to unify the new standard operating procedure based on our old experiences. PM Modi said that the experience of vaccination that India has, the arrangements to reach far-flung areas are going to be very useful in corona vaccination.

PM Modi said that in the first phase our frontline workers, sweepers, civil servants, and people engaged in defense work will be vaccinated. He said that the number of health workers in all the states is about 3 crore. In the first phase, the central government will bear the cost of vaccination of these three crore people.
