New Delhi, 15/1 (AO Bureau)The waiting hours are about to end. Coronavirus vaccination will start across the country from tomorrow i.e. Saturday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will start the nationwide Covid-19 vaccination campaign on 16 January. Vaccine doses have been sent to all states and union territories. The Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) has approved the use of emergency in India by Covishield Vaccine (Covishield) of Serum Institute of India (SII) and Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will start a nationwide Covid-19 vaccination campaign through a video conference on January 16 at 10.30 am. This will be the world’s largest vaccination campaign. With this program, 3006 locations of all states and union territories will be connected through digital medium and 100 people will be vaccinated at each center. The government has issued guidelines regarding the vaccine.
