UP, 20/1 (AO Bureau):The troubles of the producers and actors of the web series ‘Tandav’ are increasing. An FIR has been registered in Mumbai’s Ghatkopar police station against the web series Tandava. This FIR has been registered on the complaint of BJP MLA Ram Kadam. There have been allegations of inciting religious sentiments, spreading hatred in communities. Sections 153 (A), 295 (A), and 505 (2) of IPC against Saif Ali Khan, Zeeshan Ayub, Ali Abbas Zafar, Himanshu Mehra, Gaurav Solanki, Aparna Purohit, Amit Agarwal, and other web series artists have gone. Please tell that today the Madhya Pradesh Police has also filed an FIR against Tandava.
The officer said that the Madhya Pradesh Police has filed an FIR against the makers of the Amazon Prime web series “Tandava” for allegedly promoting mutual disharmony between different sections of the society and hurting the religious sentiments of the people. Earlier the Uttar Pradesh Police had registered an AIR. A four-member team from Uttar Pradesh reached Mumbai today to investigate in this regard. Two members of the Uttar Pradesh Police team also went to the Mumbai Police Headquarters in South Mumbai in the afternoon. Here requested to cooperate in the investigation.
