BCCI introduce new fitness test for team India

New Delhi, 22/1 (AO Bureau )One of the major reasons behind the improvement in the game of the Indian cricket team is the fitness of the players. Only the player who is fit with the ball and bat is able to make a place in the Indian team. Every player has a yo-yo test to join the team and the one who fails in it does not get a place despite good form. The player who passes the Yo-Yo test is included in the squad of Team India. But now the BCCI has taken a big decision and has approved a new fitness test. In addition to the yo-yo test, the players must also pass that new fitness test.

According to the report published in the Indian Express, in order to raise the level of Team India to new heights, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has approved a new fitness test which will be mandatory for every player to pass. In this test, the speed and abilities of the players will be tested. According to reports, the players of Team India are 2 km. They will have to run till and its time limit will be different for batsmen and bowlers.
