He was in this jail under judicial custody for the last 35 days. The Central Jail administration had expressed its inability to release Faruqui late Saturday, citing a court warrant issued by a Prayagraj court, but later a jail official said that the order passed by the apex court on Friday after about 30 hours The prison administration got it, based on which the young comedian was released late on Saturday.
