New Delhi, 10/2 (AO bureau) The administration of US President Joe Biden described India (US-relations) as his most important ally in the Indo-Pacific region and said that he would like to see India rise as a major power of the world and as a watchman of the region Welcomes the role.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Antoine Blinken, India’s Foreign Minister S.K. Jaishankar was interviewed on Tuesday and the two leaders discussed the situation in Myanmar and other issues with common concerns. Blinken expressed concern over the military coup in Myanmar and also discussed the importance of the rule of law and the democratic process. The two leaders discussed regional developments including the importance of Indian and US cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
