Another TMC leader resigned .Know the details

New Delhi, 12/2 (AO Bureau): The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has suffered another major setback. Another TMC leader has resigned. All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) Rajya Sabha MP Dinesh Trivedi resigned during the discussion on the budget in the House. However, the Chairman asked him to follow the proper procedure. On Trivedi’s resignation, TMC MP Sukhendu S. Roy said that ‘Trinamool’ means on the ground level. This will give us an opportunity to send a ‘grassroots’ worker to the Rajya Sabha soon. In the Lok Sabha, MP Saugat Rai said – No comment.

When Trivedi was asked to speak during the discussion on the budget, he said that he was feeling suffocated. It is believed that Trivedi may join BJP in the next few days. The MP said that I am resigning from the Rajya Sabha today. Violence is taking place in my state. We cannot say anything here.

Significantly, Dinesh Trivedi was the speaker in Rajya Sabha on the issue of the budget from the party. In such a situation, this is a very embarrassing incident for TMC.
