Toolkit Case : Patiala High Court granted bail to environment activist Disha Ravi

New Delhi, 23/2 (AO Bureau) : Environmental activist Disha Ravi arrested in the Toolkit case has got bail from Patiala House Court. At the end of one-day custody of Disha Ravi, Delhi Police presented it in Patiala House Court. Justice Dharmendra Rana accepted the bail application of Disha. Justice granted bail to Disha on a bond of one lakh rupees. However, Disha’s lawyer said in court that Disha’s family is not able to pay such a sum.

Please tell that in the Patiala House Court (Patiala House Court), the bail petition of Disha was heard on Saturday. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court of Additional Sessions Judge Dharmendra Rana reserved the decision on bail till Tuesday.

Delhi Police arrested Disha Ravi from Bengaluru on February 13 in connection with the investigation of the ‘Toolkit Google Document’ released on social media to support the farmer movement. In this case, the Bombay High Court granted transit bail to Jacob and Muluk.
