Jai Shree Ram chant on Mamata Banarjee’s Nandigram rally

Kolkatta, 30/3 (AO Bureau)The Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee faced BJP supporters in Nandigram when she was going to a Trinamool worker’s house. In a recent skirmish, a TMC worker was beaten, causing severe injuries. Mamta was going to the same party worker’s house on Tuesday. Meanwhile, BJP supporters raised slogans of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ in front of him. Let us know that the polling is to be held on April 1 in the Nandigram seat of East Medinipur district, where Mamta was once a frontman and BJP candidate Shubhendu Adhikari.

At least three persons were injured in a clash between BJP and Trinamool Congress workers on March 27 in the Nandigram assembly constituency of West Bengal. Election agent Sheikh Sufiyan of Trinamool Congress president Mamata Banerjee had claimed that BJP goons went on to attack the ruling party workers in the state. The BJP leader had said, “None of our workers are involved in the attack on Trinamool workers. In contrast, members of the ruling party attacked our workers during the rally of Suvendu  Adhikari. The three Trinamool workers, who are undergoing treatment, are mutually Wounded in a fight. “
