PM Modi to address at 6.30 AM tomorrow on the occasion of International Yoga Day

New Delhi, 20/6 (AO Bureau)Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that he will address the 7th Yoga Day program at around 6:30 am tomorrow. PM Modi tweeted and said that tomorrow on June 21, we will celebrate the 7th Yoga Day. This year’s theme is ‘Yoga for Wellness’, which focuses on practicing yoga for physical and mental wellness. I will address the Yoga Day program tomorrow morning at around 6.30 am.
Due to the Kovid-19 epidemic, the main event of International Yoga Day 2021 will be a television program. There will be an address by the Prime Minister. The program, which will start at 6:30 am on all Doordarshan channels, also includes an address by Minister of State for AYUSH Kiren Rijiju and a live telecast of a yoga demonstration by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. India’s missions abroad are coordinating various activities in their respective countries till June 21 and as per reports, Yoga Day will be celebrated in around 190 countries globally.
Important role of yoga in wellness

The Ministry of AYUSH, the nodal ministry for International Yoga Day, has highlighted the important role of Yoga in the overall well being of an individual through various activities organized before the Yoga Day. The main theme of the International Day of Yoga is “Yoga for Fitness”, which is linked to existing pre-occupations.
