Arvind Kejriwal’s announcement, AAP will make a Sikh chief ministerial candidate in Punjab

Chandigarh, 21/6(Ao Bureau):Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal has said on Monday that the Sikh face will be the chief minister in Punjab elections. He was addressing journalists on Monday after officially joining the party to the former IG Punjab Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, who was sacked in the sacrilege case in Amritsar. He said that Kunwar Vijay Pratap can contest elections from any constituency of Amritsar.
When asked about Navjot Singh Sidhu on fielding the Sikh face for the chief minister’s post, he said, “He is a big leader of Congress and I respect him a lot.” Still, if he comes to the Aam Aadmi Party, the media will be informed. Arvind Kejriwal said that it is a very happy day for Punjab that Kunwar Vijay Pratap is joining AAP.
He said that the child of Punjab knows Kunwar as a child and his opponents also swear by his honesty. Kejriwal said that Kunwar tried to get justice for Punjab in the case of sacrilege and firing, but the system turned against him. After which he resigned.
He said that Kunwar has left his job to get justice for the people of Punjab. Kejriwal said that if the AAP government is formed, the mastermind of sacrilege will be punished.
